Chong-A Dodd: Practice Administrator

Chong-A is dedicated to managing all aspects of dental administration as efficiently as possible. She consistently strives to provide outstanding service to patients and their families. She has worked over twenty-three years in the dental field and, has more than thirty-six years of management experience. She is always looking for new ways to improve her skills and takes several continuing education classes every year. Chong-A is happily married and has two beautiful children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family in addition to watching tennis, basketball, and volleyball. She loves to knit and crochet gifts for her friends and family and is an avid reader of inspiring stories of heroes and their accomplishments.

Chrissy: Scheduling Manager

Chrissy started her career as a Dental Assistant in 1995 working with Dr. Dietz. Her passion for continuous learning and efficient practices were evident early in her career. Over the years, she has participated in many educational courses and dental conventions where she has developed extensive knowledge in dental office operations. She has successfully grown and managed a dental office for many years creating a culture of patient and employee satisfaction. Chrissy is overjoyed to be a part of the team with Dr.Dietz and his wonderful staff.

Chrissy and her family reside in Quakertown, PA. She is happily married to her husband Angelo of nineteen years and they have three beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, laughing, and getting together with her childhood girlfriends.

Chrissy is a devoted advocate for lupus as a member of the Lupus Foundation of America. She takes pride in raising awareness and comforting lupus victims by sharing her own personal stories living with lupus


Jenn: Finance Manager

Jennifer is one of the smiling faces that greet you when you walk into our beautiful dental office. She has over eighteen years of experience in the dental field. Jennifer’s goal is to incorporate the wealth of knowledge and customer service that she acquired to equip our team to best serve our patients and their families. She is always happy to answer any insurance or appointment questions and to make sure you always have a positive visit. As your insurance and billing specialist, she is here to assist our patient through explaining and discussing our patient’s insurance benefits and processing dental claims. Jennifer enjoys working with our patients on the financial aspects of their dental needs.

Jennifer and her husband have two beautiful daughters that they are very proud of. They love making memories with each other and giving back to their community. They are very passionate about finding a cure for juvenile (type one) diabetes and have raised over $10,000 for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). They have had numerous food drives at their home to help families during the pandemic. They are also involved with Wreaths Across America, a charity that lays wreaths on all graves at veterans’ cemeteries during the holiday season.

Carolyn: Registered Dental Hygienist

Carolyn has been working here with Dr. Dietz since the year 1999. She loves all her patients and counts many of them as friends and some as family. Carolyn feels very blessed to work in such a friendly town. She lives in Brigantine and loves the beach and everything the shore has to offer. She is involved with the Brigantine Polar Bears which hold an annual New Year’s Day Plunge. As a committee, they raise money for Fisher House supporting wounded vets and their families. They have raised just under $50,000 of which she is very proud. Carolyn grew up in Cherry Hill, NJ. She graduated from Cherry Hill High School East and attended both the Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene programs at Camden County College.


Jen: Registered Dental Hygienist

Jen was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She completed and earned her Dental Hygiene degree at Camden County College in addition to obtaining her local anesthesia license. She has served as Class Vice President and represented the Camden County College Dental Hygiene Program at The Professional Development Conference held in Edison, NJ. Jen truly loves working in dentistry and has a heart for every patient that she treats. She especially feels accomplished when she’s able to help patients overcome previous negative memories of dentistry. She enjoys dental hygiene and prides herself in being gentle, yet thorough! Jen and her husband Martin have two beautiful children and love spending time together and going on family adventures!


Kelsey: Dental Assistant

Kelsey was born and raised in Maple Shade, NJ. She is a Camden Catholic Alumnus. She has worked for five years in cosmetic and general dentistry. Her positive energy and smile will brighten anyone’s day. Kelsey is an avid Eagles and Phillies fan. She loves watching games with friends and family.


Becky: Dental Assistant

Becky was born and raised in New Jersey. She completed her dental assistant program at Camden County College in 2017, and she has been in general and cosmetic dentistry ever since. She enjoys meeting new people and that is her favorite part of working in the dental field. When Becky is not working, she loves to hang out with her husband and their three dogs.


Lindsay: Dental Assistant

Lindsay grew up in Haddon Heights and attended Haddon Heights High School. She has worked in general dentistry for a year. She is fascinated with teeth and loves making patients feel comfortable and safe. She enjoys the beach and spending time with her family and pets.


Shannon: Dental Assistant

Shannon has worked in the dental field for eighteen years gaining experience in pediatric, general, and cosmetic dentistry. As a seasoned dental assistant, she is skilled in a multitude of chairside procedures. She is passionate about implementing the most advanced technology in the dental setting. Dental photography and Cerec CAD/CAM technology are what she really enjoys. She prides herself on her gentle approach, knowledge of dental procedures, and techniques to ensure our patients are at ease and comfortable during their procedure. She loves educating patients about oral health and feels the most rewarding part of her job is seeing the confidence patients gain when they see their beautiful smiles. Her perfectionist personality and kind heart make her a great addition to the team.
