Whitening for Life Program
We feel that every patient in our practice deserves to have a smile they can be proud of. We are excited to offer our patients a unique program called Whitening for Life because it is our goal that our patients have healthy teeth and gums for a lifetime. Before you can take advantage of Whitening for Life you must complete the necessary dental care as recommended by Dr. Andrew Dietz. You must also keep recommended preventative visits current. Your long-term dental health is as important to us as it is to you. Our patients have found these preventative visits help greatly reduce emergencies and lessen the chances of costly restorative treatment as a result of dental problems not caught early on. That is why we are happy to provide this extra bonus for our patients who are committed to their dental health.
Here’s How it Works:
- Once Dr. Dietz determines that your teeth are healthy, we will provide you with custom fitted professional whitening trays and a starter kit of professional whitening gel.
- There is an initial one-time fee of $195.00* (normally $275.00). Then one complimentary whitening gel syringe ($40) will be rewarded at each six (6) month hygiene visit.
- Participants must stay current in keeping with recommended dental health appointments (Adult Prophylaxis, Periodontal Maintenance).
- Participants must keep all scheduled appointments. In order to provide exceptional services like Whitening for Life to all out patients, we ask you give us the courtesy of advance notice for all schedule changes. The original appointment should be rescheduled within the next two (2) weeks, or as deemed acceptable.
- If your last hygiene visit was more than ten (10) months ago, there will be a re-activation fee of $50.
- Lost or destroyed trays will be replaced ata cost of $25 per tray to the patient.
- Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in the Whitening for Life Program.
*The initial one-time fee of $195.00 will be waived for patients who have paid for teeth whitening at out office within the past five (5) years and meet all other requirements of the Whitening for Life program.

Our goal is to help you through your first appointment. We all know how scary it can be, so we are here to answer any questions or help alleviate any concerns you may have.
We work hard to offer our patients (new and old) a welcoming and comfortable office. We know that you may be anxious about your visit, so we will do everything we can do to help.
We know that the first appointment is the worst because of all of the paperwork. Because of this, we can mail you the paperwork so you can complete it before you come.

He's literally two minutes from my house so it's super convenient. The building he works out of and the office itself is beautiful. His staff is extremely attentive and super friendly. I don't typically review places on Google, but it was requested by their office and overall I thought it was deserving. First impression is the staff's outstanding courtesy and professionalism. They make every effort to remind and enure you're going to make your appointment time and have offered to move up a scheduled appointment when a slot becomes available. They are also pleasant and hospitable upon arrival to the office - genuinely nice people. The office alone is worth pointing out as others have - its by far the nicest dentist office I've been to. Beautifully done.
All that aside, the most important factor for my rating is the expertise and manner in which the hygienists and Dr. Dietz perform their work. Dr. Dietz and the hygienists are very affable and outgoing, but more importantly professional and expedient in their work. A few small cavities were identified and filled without complication or discomfort. The cleaning performed by Nicole was great and high quality - very gentle, but she took the time needed to complete a very thorough cleaning. Since the pandemic began, this was the first cleaning I've had so I really appreciate the time and care she took to do a proper job. I'd recommend this office to anyone in search of a new dentist - certainly, it deserves the chance over any other. I referred my wife as well. In my case, it didn't disappoint and I've scheduled my next 6-month cleaning with them. Thanks go out to the Haddon Dentist and staff - keep up the great work! read less
