Whitening for Life Program

We feel that every patient in our practice deserves to have a smile they can be proud of. We are excited to offer our patients a unique program called Whitening for Life because it is our goal that our patients have healthy teeth and gums for a lifetime. Before you can take advantage of Whitening for Life you must complete the necessary dental care as recommended by Dr. Andrew Dietz. You must also keep recommended preventative visits current. Your long-term dental health is as important to us as it is to you. Our patients have found these preventative visits help greatly reduce emergencies and lessen the chances of costly restorative treatment as a result of dental problems not caught early on. That is why we are happy to provide this extra bonus for our patients who are committed to their dental health.
Here’s How it Works:

  1. Once Dr. Dietz determines that your teeth are healthy, we will provide you with custom fitted professional whitening trays and a starter kit of professional whitening gel.
  2. There is an initial one-time fee of $195.00* (normally $275.00). Then one complimentary whitening gel syringe ($40) will be rewarded at each six (6) month hygiene visit.
  3. Participants must stay current in keeping with recommended dental health appointments (Adult Prophylaxis, Periodontal Maintenance).
  4. Participants must keep all scheduled appointments. In order to provide exceptional services like Whitening for Life to all out patients, we ask you give us the courtesy of advance notice for all schedule changes. The original appointment should be rescheduled within the next two (2) weeks, or as deemed acceptable.
  5. If your last hygiene visit was more than ten (10) months ago, there will be a re-activation fee of $50.
  6. Lost or destroyed trays will be replaced ata cost of $25 per tray to the patient.
  7. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in the Whitening for Life Program.
*The initial one-time fee of $195.00 will be waived for patients who have paid for teeth whitening at out office within the past five (5) years and meet all other requirements of the Whitening for Life program.

We work hard to offer our patients (new and old) a welcoming and comfortable office. We know that you may be anxious about your visit, so we will do everything we can do to help.

We know that the first appointment is the worst because of all of the paperwork. Because of this, we can mail you the paperwork so you can complete it before you come.

A-m-a-z-I-n-g. What an amazing guy Dr.Dietz is. Not only is he amazing but every one of the staff there are amazing. Talk about state of the art equipment. This Dentist does if right! From the amazing ambience when u first walk in to the whole dental experience. Chong the office manager was so awesome. I can’t say enough about everyone here. I loved going there so much I almost wish I had a cavity but I get the all clear after my initial assessment. My wife Linda and I are also doing the teeth whitening and I’m going to do the invisi-line which is all done in the same office. No more multi visits to different dentists. Also if by chance u need a cap, it’s a one stop shop. Dr. Dietz makes the caps right there again no more impressions and sending out to a lab and another appointment to get it put back on. His technology is so state of the art you get a cap which by the way is the best looking fitting cap. When my wife showed me her cap he did it look like a real tooth. Every cap I had from other dentists looked ok and u can see the gum line but this cap he did for my wife, I promise u, you’ll take a double take when u leave with your new cap. Ok we’ll enough gloating. Visit his office. It really is that amazing! -David. Oh one more thing the stuff he does for his staff like an upstairs lounge and workout and kitchen. Great experience! The staff is super friendly, the waiting room is stashed with coffee, protein shakes and fruit, the wait-time is very low, there’s great reading material, and the whole team is very professional and fantastic at following up, reminding you of your appointment, and even scheduling new appointments! Reyna always follows up with me and is accommodating to my work schedule and is an absolute delight! I always love going to my appointments; Highly recommended!!!
